We are experts in the flotation of copper-molybdenum. We have designed more than 10 flotation plants worldwide using our AminFloat platform, which is constantly being updated.
AminFloat is based on the kinetics of mineral collection by size fraction combined with a froth recovery model. Results have shown that AminFloat is a robust and reliable model that allows for calculating grade-recovery curves for a wide variety of minerals and operating conditions.
AminFloat has been validated academically by JKMRC as a robust model, and by the industry given its utility and high predictivity capacities.
We have experience in the design, modelling and operation of several crushing and milling circuits. We are experts in SAG and balls milling, using our own methodology based both on the literature and plant audits performed in most of the grinding circuits available.
We created our AminComm platform, based on the modelling and simulation of the comminution processes, considering crushers, HPGR, SAG, balls, verti-mills and hydrocyclone batteries. We adapted the Morell/JK methodology for the HPGR models.
Dewatering and Filtering
We have extensive experience in the design and operation of traditional thickeners, high-capacity and paste thickeners, tailings dams, filters and slurry pumping/transport systems.
We have built relationships with vendors, third-party consultants and other experts to ensure that your dewatering and tailings impoundment facilities are optimized.
Members of Aminpro’s team have been involved in the design of copper leaching plants such as Gibraltar plant, in Canada, and Toquepala in Peru.
In Chile, we have provided consulting and assays services for the gold leaching process at El Peñón.
