Our process design and equipment scaling methodologies are based on the latest technology and geometallurgical testing methodology. We use an extensive audit database of grinding circuit, crushing and HPGRs circuits and flotation circuits. Our flotation models are among the most advanced in the industry, but more importantly, our engineers also have years of operational experience to interpret the models and to corroborate the results with reality.

Our advanced models and geometallurgical methodollogies use an iterative process that allows us to select the key equipment and characteristic processes so that the final net value of capital costs and discounted future costs and revenues are maximized.
Aminpro provides guidance in the development of geometallurgical models and will assist mining companies in the development their own process models, based on geometallurgy, to forecast production levels. These same models can be used for plant design and optimization.
Traditional crushing and HPGR
We have designed, modeled, and operated many high-capacity crushing and HPGR concentrators. Our advanced models provide machine capacity and product size distribution for traditional jaw and gyratory crushers.
We use the Morrell/JK approach to HPGR modeling and have extensive databases of circuit audits and equipment costs. We also have extensive operating experience with HPGR and traditional crushing circuits in hard rock mining.
Our grinding mill sizing methodology is not only based on textbook equations, but also on hundreds of industrial audits on almost every kind of grinding circuit.
Our audit-based models include the following unit operations: Rod Mills, Ball Mills, Verti Mills and Cyclones.
Our flotation model is based on size-by-size collection and entrainment kinetics combined with a froth recovery model.
The result is a robust and reliable model that can generate grade-recovery curves for a range of ore types and operating conditions.

We have extensive experience in the design and operation of traditional thickeners, high-capacity and paste thickeners, tailings dams, filters and slurry pumping/ transport systems.
We have built relationships with vendors, third-party consultants and other experienced subject matter experts to ensure that your dewatering and tailings impoundment facilities are optimized.
